弊社が宿泊予約の管理に利用しております、手間いらず株式会社が提供するサイトコントローラー「TEMAIRAZU」において、同社システムへの第三者による不正アクセスが発生したことが、同社より2026年9月28日に公表されました。

同社の発表によると、本件不正アクセスにより、TEMAIRAZUを利用する宿泊施設にご予約いただいたお客様の情報の一部が、第三者に閲覧または取得された可能性を否定できない状況とのことです。現在、同社において影響範囲の調査が進められております。
なお、本件は手間いらず株式会社のシステムに対する不正アクセスに起因するものであり、弊社が管理するシステムへの不正アクセスは確認されておりません。
お客様には多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
■ 発生している事象
2026年9月21日深夜頃より、TEMAIRAZUを利用する複数の宿泊施設のご予約者様に対し、WhatsApp等のメッセージアプリ、電子メール、SMSを通じて、宿泊予約の内容を把握しているとみられる不審なメッセージが届いていることが確認されています。これらのメッセージは、予約の確認・確定、クレジットカード情報の再入力、緊急の支払い等を求め、不審なウェブサイトへ誘導するものです。
■ お客様へのお願い
弊社および弊社運営施設から、メッセージアプリやSMSでクレジットカード情報の入力やお支払いをお願いすることはございません。不審なメッセージを受け取られた場合は、以下の点にご注意ください。
・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・メッセージに返信しない
・指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・予約内容のご確認は、ご予約いただいた施設または予約サイトの公式窓口へお問い合わせいただく
万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。なお、手間いらず株式会社によると、同社ではクレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、データを保有していないとのことです。
■ 弊社の対応
弊社では、手間いらず株式会社と連携し、影響範囲の確認を進めております。同社によると、不正アクセスの原因はすでに特定され対策が完了しており、個人情報保護委員会への報告および警察への通報・相談が行われております。今後新たな事実が判明した場合には、速やかにお知らせいたします。

We would like to inform you that on September 28, 2026, Temairazu Co., Ltd., the provider of the site controller "TEMAIRAZU" that we use to manage hotel reservations, announced that its system had been accessed without authorization by a third party.

According to Temairazu Co., Ltd., it cannot be ruled out that some information of guests who made reservations at accommodation facilities using TEMAIRAZU may have been viewed or obtained by a third party as a result of this unauthorized access. The company is currently investigating the scope of the impact.
Please note that this incident was caused by unauthorized access to the system of Temairazu Co., Ltd., and no unauthorized access to systems managed by our company has been identified.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause our guests.
■ What Has Happened
Since late at night on September 21, 2026, guests who made reservations at multiple accommodation facilities using TEMAIRAZU have received suspicious messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, as well as email and SMS. These messages appear to contain details of the recipient's hotel reservation and ask the recipient to confirm or finalize the reservation, re-enter credit card information, or make an urgent payment, directing them to suspicious websites.
■ Request to Our Guests
Neither our company nor our properties will ever ask you to enter credit card information or make a payment via messaging apps or SMS. If you receive a suspicious message, please take the following precautions:
・Do not open any URLs or links in the message
・Do not enter credit card or personal information
・Do not reply to the message
・Do not make any payment or money transfer as instructed in the message
・To confirm your reservation, please contact the property you booked or the official customer service of the booking site you used
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately. According to Temairazu Co., Ltd., the company does not handle or store credit card information.
■ Our Response
We are working with Temairazu Co., Ltd. to confirm the scope of the impact. According to the company, the cause of the unauthorized access has been identified and countermeasures have been completed, and the incident has been reported to the Personal Information Protection Commission and to the police. We will promptly inform you if any new facts come to light.
